Had the pleasure of trying the newly opened M Hansik, the latest from the M restaurant collection — elevated Korean fine dining that still stays true to its roots. You could tell they put a lot of thought into the decor and the presentation, from the space itself to the plating of every dish. All the food was delicious, but the standouts to me were the fried chicken, the bokeum bap paella, and a phenomenal black sesame ice cream. Highly recommend.
